Not canon to Marvel. They only have the license to publish comics. He isn't part of the Marvel universe. Just like how the Warhammer 40k comics aren't part of the Marvel universe.

Ultraman never fought Godzilla, though in the original 66 series he took on Jirass, who was made from a modified Godzilla suit. Marvel does not own Ultraman, this series is a collaboration between Tsuburaya and Marvel to produce comics in the west.
